The Solution
Groundswell tailored the Wave Analytics application to address Rubio's specific data challenges enabling management and other users to view the data they need anytime, anywhere.
Streamlined data extraction and processing
- Analysis of Rubio's existing data structures to identify the relevant data sources required
- Design and implementation of ETL process for data source integration
- Design and architecture of intuitive dashboards to display the relevant data for deriving key QSR insights for management
- Creation of Wave dataflows to transform data sets based on report requirements
- Training for the internal team in the data extraction process to enable them to build additional Wave dashboards when needed
Custom-built reports and dashboards
- Provide more granular data reports based on a wide variety of time periods: per half-hour, day parts, end-of-day, month-on-month, year-on-year
- Set up data visualization charts for Speed of Service for improving service delivery right down to the store level
- Set up charts showing product mix averages to determine which items were frequently bought together
- Set up of historical data charts to make it easier to compare time periods and spot trends
- Benchmark individual employee performance against company-wide or regional averages
Improved workflow efficiency
- Create workflows within CRM to automate certain repetitive tasks
- Set up an alerts process to notify management when key metrics require immediate attention
- Set up secure user access levels based on the organizational chain of command
